PB3R Activities: Return of Evidence on behalf of Convict Muhammad Yusup Als Daud Bin Kursani
On Friday, 18 October 2024 at 14.00 WITA at the Tapin District Prosecution office, the Asset Recovery and Evidence Management Section carried out the Evidence Return activity in the form of 1 (one) black Yamaha brand helmet and 1 (one) blue shirt. Returned to in the name of Masitah.
With the defendant in the name of Muhammad Yusup alias Daud Bin Kursani was legally and proven guilty of committing a criminal act under Article 351 Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code (KUHPidana) under Ms. Novia Kartika Utamie, S.H. as Public Prosecutor.
