VISION & MISION

Vision of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia :

THE PROSECUTOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA IS RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, INNOVATIVE AND WITH INTEGRITY IN SERVICE TO THE PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT TO REALIZE THE VISION AND MISSION OF THE PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT: “ADVANCED INDONESIA THAT IS SOVEREIGN, INDEPENDENT AND PERSONALIZED BASED ON GOTONG-ROYONG” with explanation :

  • Reliable: The Indonesian Prosecutor’s Office as one of the law enforcement agencies in Indonesia, can be trusted in carrying out its duties and functions
  • Professional: All the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor’s Office apparatus in carrying out their duties and functions are carried out with high ability and adhere firmly to the moral values that direct and underlie their actions, which are based on the ethics of the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor’s Office TRI KRAMA ADHYAKSA, which consists of :
    1. SATYA namely: Loyalty that originates from a sense of honesty, both towards God Almighty, oneself and one’s family and fellow human beings.
    2. ADHI is : Perfection in duty and the main element is having a sense of responsibility towards God Almighty, family and fellow humans.
    3. WICAKSANA namely: Being wise in speech and behavior, especially in the implementation of one’s duties and authority.
  • Innovative: The Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor’s Office in carrying out its duties and functions is expected to have the ability to create reforms in services to the community that are more effective and efficient
  • With Integrity: The Indonesian Prosecutor’s Office in carrying out its duties and functions behaves honestly, responsibly and consistently so as to increase public trust.

Mission of the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor’s Office:

  1. Improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) of the Indonesian Prosecutor’s Office; (President and Vice President’s Mission Number 1)
  2. Increasing the Accountability of the Indonesian Prosecutor’s Office and the Integrity of the Indonesian Prosecutor’s Office; (President and Vice President’s Mission Number 8)
  3. Increasing the Role of the Indonesian Prosecutor’s Office in Efforts to Prevent Corruption Crimes; (President and Vice President’s Mission Number 6)
  4. Improving the Optimization of the Performance of the Indonesian Prosecutor’s Office in Handling Criminal Cases; (President and Vice President’s Mission Numbers 6 and 7)
  5. Increasing Efforts to Save and Recovery State Assets; (President and Vice President Mission Numbers 6, 7 and 8)
  6. Improving the Quality of Performance of the Indonesian Prosecutor’s Office Based on Information Technology (IT). (President and Vice President Mission Numbers 1 and 8)
