PB3R Activities: Return of Evidence on behalf of Convict Muhammad Iksan Bin Karni Alm.

On Friday, October 11 2024 at 10.00 WITA at the Tapin District Prosecutor’s office, the Asset Recovery and Evidence Management Section (PAPBB) carried out the Evidence Return activity in the form of 1 (one) brown Scoopy motorbike with Police Number DA 5767 KT; returned to the witness in the name of Yatimah bin Junaidi.

With the defendant on behalf of Muhammad Iksan Bin Karni Alm. legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a criminal act under Article 114 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. By Mr. Tetuko Cakrawicaksana, S.H. as Public Prosecutor.
